The Jomsom - Muktinath Trek is relatively an easy walk up to Jomsom from there on and to Muktinath; it will be higher altitude hike gaining the maximum height of3710m/ 12170ft.  The trip requires 5-6 hours of walk everyday and you are expected to be reasonably fit. Though, previous hiking experience is not required, you are however, advised to undertake regular exercise like jogging or swimming or any other form of exercise that helps you gaining the level of fitness required during this trip. People with preexisting medical condition and concerned with their ability for this trek should, however consult their physician for any special precautions that might be helpful in undertaking this trip.
