This is a strenuous trek gaining the maximum altitude of 5360m at the Hidden valley high camp and is suitable for any passionate hikers with the ability to walk at least 6-8 hours a day with a light back pack.  Although previous hiking experience is not a prerequisite for joining this trek, it would be highly advantageous if you already posses some.

In case if you have no such previous high altitude hiking experience then we suggest you take up regular jogging, swimming and walks, prior to beginning the trip.  This will help to keep you in good shape and undertaking this adventure successfully. People with pre-existing medical condition and concerned with their ability for this level of high altitude walk should, however consult their physician for any special precautions that might be helpful in preventing any forms of AMS (Acute Mountain Sickness).
