As the tourist infrastructure in the Ramechhap region is still in its infancy compare to other parts of the country, the range of meals available throughout IPT routes are somehow very limited. As we will be staying at local homes, the daily 3 course meals consists of a varieties of organic products ranging from cereals in the morning to a delicious Nepalese dinner in the evening. Trek lunch is provided at the teashop in a pleasant surrounding over lunch break.
