During the course of Api Peak Trekking and when staying in a tea house, the menu usually offers a wide range of selection. And during the period of tented camp, meals on full board basis will be provided at the dining tent.  Each meals provided during the trek is well balanced with special attention being placed on hygiene, taste and safety. Trek lunch is provided in a pleasant surrounding over lunch break whilst the dinner and the breakfast are provided at the tented places where we stay overnight.
